Total Building solutions
Are you considering building for the first time? It is a process that involves a number of parties- architect, builder, engineer, conveyance, council & planning approval & mortgage brokers!
Ipad Homes works closely with our industry partners to deliver on the above elements required for a plan to receive approval. We can complete most of these stages on your behalf (except for the loan! We can recommend a fantastic mortgage broker who is not affiliated with one lending institution to help you) making it a less stressful process.
Once building commences, our highly experienced project manager only works with trades who are 100% certified and recognised in their respective industries. We have an amazing team of people to create the high level of workmanship that you can expect from building with Ipad Homes.
Transparency
We offer fixed price contracts, realistic specifications, realistic assessment of footings- we want you to know what the cost of the entire build will be before you commence. Our fixed price contracts do not have hidden clauses and we quote based on exact specifications required for your design. This means that the contract price is the final price.
Ofcourse, along the way you may decide you want to upgrade on specific interiors with which the price can be adjusted but there is no variation to the quote unless you ask for changes to be made.
